A native of San Francisco, I was raised in Mill Valley and attended University of California at Davis. Since college I have been living in the City and have been selling real estate in San Francisco since 1995. I began my career at Zephyr Real Estate and moved to Coldwell Banker in 2004. I have worked in 3 different CB offices and have been a Top Producer all four locations.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout San Francisco, with an emphasis on residential real estate. My focus is on client care; assuring that the client and their needs are always put first and that they are successful in their real estate endeavors. My goal is to create an honest and open environment that instills trust and respect and gives my clients the confidence they are in excellent hands for what is likely one of their biggest investments in life.

In working with sellers, I believe in presenting each listing in the best possible light; working closely with the owner to maximize its appearance. My marketing plan will assure the highest exposure possible. Up front disclosures are critical to minimize surprises during the escrow. Personal involvement in showing the home is vital and allows me to give the Seller an informed decision about which offer would be the most successful. Taking care of my clients from start to finish is my most important responsibility; making the process of selling your home the smoothest, most profitable and least stressful transaction possible.

I also love working with Buyers to help them find the right home. I scour the market for properties that fit my clients’ needs and then advise them as to the best strategy to be successful and still have good value and a great long-term investment. It is extremely satisfying for me to help them find the perfect property to meet their needs and goals.

I am a member of the Top Agent Network which gives me opportunities to provide a leg up for both my Buyers and Sellers so they are successful in the challenging San Francisco real estate market. Membership is limited to the to 15% of the agents in the City.

I have an intimate knowledge of the City’s climates, neighborhoods and idiosyncrasies. It is my goal to give my clients the best service in the industry; to earn their trust, their loyalty and their referrals. In my spare time, Steve have been a proud member of the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus since 1993. The mission of SFGMC is to inspire community, activism and compassion through music. I was fortunate to be the President of the Chorus for 4 years, from 2011-2015, using my expertise to assure that the Chorus ran smoothly and provides outstanding experiences for the singing members as well as the audience.
